What’s the difference??

Pilates - Working on core strength, muscle toning and inch loss, Pilates is an amazing class to develop strength in muscles you didn't know you even had!

Pilates improves our balance and posture, helps with coordination, develops flexibility, and for those striving for a healthier mind, too, this is perfect for you. We use relaxation techniques to de-stress and unwind the mind which is just as important as looking after the body!

For all fitness levels, focusing on target toning isolated muscle groups and strengthening the core and pelvic floor for stronger, healthier bodies.

Power Pilates - A slight step up from a usual Pilates class. Still at beginner level but a little more upbeat, this is a class more focusing on feeling the burn and challenging the body.

Using dynamic movements to strengthen the core, legs and arms for all around stronger & healthier bodies.

This will be a little more intense than Pilates and is more standing work than a normal class, but still accommodates for all fitness levels… just know this class is a little more of a challenge!

Based at Hero Fitness in Stockport, Heaton Lane, I run weekly group Personal Training sessions for women, men and young adults. 

Session times are: 

Tuesdays 7-8pm

Fridays 7-8pm

The commitment from you would be::

£80 per month for 1 session a week

£120 per month for 2 sessions a week

£150 per month for 3 sessions a week
