LAUREN JESSICA

 

lauren jessica fitness started in august 2016, when i qualified as A level 3 personal trainer & fitness instructor.

SINCE THEN I HAVE QUALIFIED IN PILATES, PRE & POST NATAL FITNESS PROGRAMMES AND NUTRITION AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB!

I've always been an outgoing, active, constantly on-the-go kind of person, dancing from the age of 4 into my teens, always keeping fit and never sitting still for 5 minutes.

In my mid-20's, no matter how challenging the work, desk life just wasn't quite for me! I was unhealthy, not looking after my body, and I really wanted to do a job where I could help people, each day be different from the next, and to be able to keep active and on the move...

I was craving a life where I could be 'out there' , spending time outdoors, travelling to different places and meeting new people from all walks of life.. so I decided to go for it!

How long can you waste doing something you don't love or doesn't make you excited to get out of bed in the morning?

To make this dream become a reality, I spent my summer studying, revising and taking exams while my friends and family were having a social life, and there Lauren Jessica Fitness came to be. Hard work pays off as they say!

Positivity has always been part of my teaching.

I’ve always been the kind of person to share a smile with a
stranger and just to talk to pretty much
anyone, usually finding myself meeting the most
interesting people with totally unique stories and qualities.

Being able to bring that into my training and share my
geeky positivity with people, in something I love as much
as health & fitness, is just an incredible feeling.  

People are where my passion lies.

I like to bring fun and happiness to my classes and sessions..
Or as I would say, "to spread a little sparkle"
and to leave people feeling happy and uplifted.

I endeavour to not only help change peoples' images in
the mirror in lbs, kg and inches,
but to help change how they feel on the inside too.

We only have one body and one mind.

Both work together in harmony and one without
the other is a totally unbalanced and confusing life to lead.

..using some simple techniques you can learn at home, I can help
you to not only become a healthier person, but a happier one too.
