From beginner level weight loss programmes, to more intense training sessions,
Lauren Jessica Fitness can tailor a fitness and/or diet plan to your goals with one simple, free consultation.  

If you’re at the beginning of your journey and not sure where to start,
all of our classes and sessions are for complete beginners to advanced fitness levels.

Choose from a nice relaxed Pilates class to stretch out, tone up and get those muscles working…
or a little more of an upbeat workout in one of our Power Pilates sessions.

If bossing the gym is your goal, we run weekly private sessions, as well as Ladies only Group PT
sessions twice a week with other like minded women trying to get fit... and shift some extra weight

Working with a range of clients, from men, women and kids in the gym, to couples in their lounges and families in their back gardens, I constantly develop my skills by working with a diverse client base to gain experience in different teaching styles and training techniques.Β
